Anyone interested in software to convert images into 3D objects? (STL, OBJ, etc...)

I'm trying to work on this topic right now.

I would also like to add colored textures.

Highly interested just like your software for depth maps, however there is no point in buying another gpu from nvidia just for that :-((

Yes, I understand. A small graphics card like a GTX 1660 with 6 GB does the job and doesn't cost much second-hand.

The 'Depthmap generator V3.2' I've made do this kind of 'flat' STL 😉 This new software I'm working on generates the entire model in 3D 👍

This would be interesting. Especially if colors are defined as individual objects within the STL, then folks with Bambu printers would have an easier time doing multicolor prints
