I should be able to use the settings in Xtool if there is a text or excel file that tells me what each setting is per color. Is something like this in the file?

I tried the settings - what do I need to do to make the red red and white white?

Red is very difficult, you need to be out if focus (+1mm). Try a grid test before. Parameters can vary with thickness, temperature, etc...
