[Software] Lightburn decoder (Patreon)

I am currently working on a Lightburn file decoder.

It will be useful for EZCad / XCS users primarily for retrieving information about a file's cutting parameters, but also for Lightburn library parameters.

This module will be integrated into V5.1 of the depthmap software. In addition to retrieving the various parameters, it will be able to export the design in SVG format, choosing whether or not to include the different layers.
