I recently re-read Amnoartist's excellent old story In Our Mother's Arms.

The basic premise of the story is that Trish, an early middle aged mother of two, wants to get in shape for her younger sister's wedding. She finds some super dense protein powder at the store and, after using some, also finds out that she can grow her muscles incredibly fast. It's whirlwind 15 part story, and well worth the read if you're into FMG stories.

Anyways, part way through the story Teagan, Trish's 21/22 year old daughter starts using the protein powder and working out. This piece is based on the scene following Teagan's first workout where she is cooking a meal and enjoying her, similarly to her mother's, rapid muscle growth.
