Spending a couple millennia waiting gives one a lot of time to kill. After becoming ageless and able to heal from almost any wound, thanks to the Staff of Trismegistus, Kassandra decided to travel the world. After spending a century or two going to all corners of the globe, she realized she would need to get a few hobbies to help pass the time. Thanks to the Staff's regenerative properties she found she could build muscle much faster than before having the staff. And, thanks to her 6th sense of Knowledge being unlocked, she realized she could discern the truth of any information she came across without effort.

This second ability became very useful over the centuries, as she learned more and more, far outpacing the most advanced sciences of the time. Sometime in the 11th century A.D., Kassandra unlocked the secrets of the human genome. Much of her learning after the first couple hundred years came from reverse engineering various Isu artefacts, which eventually led to this understanding of the building blocks of life. Shortly after learning the intricacies of the human genome, Kassandra devised methods of altering it.

One of Kassandra's earliest hobbies became bodybuilding. She loved the look and, in particular, the feel of having large muscles. But, after a couple decades of training and recovery assistance from the Staff of Trismegistus, she found her body reached its natural limit. She was larger and stronger than any other living person, but she didn't seem to be making any real progress after this point. However, once Kassandra devised methods of altering a person's genome, she set about crafting alterations for herself, so that she would be able to continuously build up her body for centuries to come.

Here we catch up with Kassandra in the 12th century, having spent nearly the whole of the last 100 years building her body bigger and stronger. She has been finding her body more and more distracting as she gets larger and larger. Not just the looks from others, but the fact that she is almost constantly flexing her muscles in a euphoric state of muscle induced reverie.
