Ok as a person who watched Tati for a couple years before The Fall (I didn’t know what to think of her but it was kinda addicting) here is a fun fact about her that might add to Theda’s fascinating analysis: her twin sisters played some creepy twins in X Files. Look up Erika Krievins on IMDB. So their Latvian mom might have tried to get them into showbiz while remaining a conservative Eastern European woman. But they are also like the most boring people ever which was probably why it never worked. They might have this infantile entitlement and bitterness of a basic person who thinks they were overlooked (I haven’t finished the episode so sorry if you mentioned it)
