Lilith from the Borderlands, it turns out the absorbing eriduim to boast Siren abilites isnt just addicting but requires a lot of calories. Resulting in Lilith going from firehawk to fireblob Tennis from Borderlands, after acquiring her new siren abilities which let her control machines. Tannis decides that in order to streamline her productivity on new inventions get a bunch of robots ro feed her. By the time anyone really noticed the once slim crazy siren is now a fat sloppy blob. At least her scientific breakthrough have been numerous Tyreen Calypso, a mutation in her siren abilites to drain the life force of anything. Causes the once slim women to swell in size and weight. Given that apperantly she can actually get a flavor profile to what she absorbs and how frequently she does it, shes gets really big. I could easily see Tyreen getting off on her growth both due to her god complex but also because it turns her on. Canonically Tyreen's abilities make it impossible for her to get laided due to absorbing anyone that she comes in contact with. So her enjoying becoming a massive blob isnt far fetched. Her brother manages to spin this in a way that makes Tyreen's growth a symbol of her abilities and godliness as God Queen.

Liara from Mass effect, after becoming the shadow broker she begins using the great wealth and info to start indulging. Leading her to become a lard caked blob that can only move her arms with drones and feeder bots to stuff her fat jowels. Or Tali after rannoch is reclaimed and she retires from the fleet to enjoy retirement by enjoying new foods, leading her to become addicted and immobile. Consuming barrels of food paste daily to just keep her stuffed, wheezing and begging for more and more.
