Holodexxx Experimental: Studio V0.9.1 Update (Patreon)

Heya! Yesterday we pushed the Studio V0.9.1 update through Itch.io, and it's a big one!

We're adding this last update to Experimental because we weren't comfortable with the level of instability/playability with V0.9. The good news is that we have fixed a lot of the jank in the control system, and you should find the locomotion experience much more enjoyable.

If you encounter any bugs, feel free to submit them to the Discord Bug Channel, or to our bug list --> BUG SUBMISSION FORM

The official Studio release is right around the corner, but in the mean time, enjoy the newly added Studio scans and animations! We are continuing to work on UI updates, a Cinema refresh, and new content for you all to enjoy.

Major Features Added:

Static Scans cleaned and added to Studio

Additional Euphoria sex anim

Updated control schemes (see attached controller schematics)

Note: Mouse wheel on PC now changes height

upped movement speed slightly for 2d

heck yeah! So glad I stumbled upon this project. Happy I get to help with some contribution to the cause. I love being on the 'ground floor' of big ideas like this, granted you've all been at this for a while...so maybe I got on around the 2nd or 3rd floor....LOL Either way I am pumped to see this vision become actuality. Keep up the amazing work everyone!

The update is around 3gb in size as we're adding in a bunch of new models. Shouldn't take days though!

i couldn't get it to work, game would start and just sit there at "press spacebar or trigger". Deleted and gave up.

as soon as the game booted i got a "serialization needed" error then a fatal error... so i got it download but something's still wrong

got everything working, running of ito. You have to GRT RID OF LOCOMOTION. I cant focus when being bounced around PLEASE !!!!!

still not working, just crashes with a "cannot verify install error" followed by a "fatal error"

Hiya Eric, we fixed that bug with the latest update. I would advise for you to delete all Holodexxx installs, then install Holodexxx Experimental. That should fix the issue.

You should have received a "Welcome" email through Patreon with all of the download links; but if you don't have that, the download links are on our website www.holodexxx.com. Check out the release pages, and you'll find the links there :)

We figure out the issue. Delete all of your Holodexxx installs, then run Experimental; and you should be good to go!

I have some feedback, former QA so forgive my ramblings. Last night I tried the Holodexxx Studio, after completing home ep1 and ep2. I found the menus difficult and on Valve index, kept accidentally pulling the menus into my face, detach saved me the trouble but it shouldnt be a thing anyway and once detached I cant move or grab or resize. The menus for animations once found were ok, the idea there seems right, but I had trouble finding enough to do, the cameras looke really cool and the ability to manuever them was neat, but I'm playing on a elevated plane and had to use an overlay app to correct my height, several times, to get in better positions. If you have VAM and you should, you can see they use the thumbsticks and it works great to change height, I even pulled the mouse over for the wheel adjust height but that didnt work. I look forward to future developments here. I would like to advocate for touch and grab with physics as well. Need that. Grabbing and possessing the male avatar is essential, imho.

Just downloaded the experimental build . How do you access the static scans? Can't see an option in the studio
