The characters you saw but don't know are these: Darius (the human) was fighting Trundle in the field. Katarina was the lady with the daggers and she was fighting Elise, the spider lady. And at the end the guy was Vladimir and the woman was LeBlanc.

The man with the Axe fighting the "monster" was Darius, he's a general in the Noxian army. The monster is Trundle, he's a troll from a place called the Freljord, a cold country. It looks like Noxius is possibly invading them. The lady with the daggers is Katarina and the spider lady is Elise. I'm not really up to date on the latest lore of these two to be honest, but I imagine the next season will elaborate on them anyway. Lastly the two at the end were Vladamir and Leblanc. You may remember LeBlanc as the "Deciever" who was after Ambessa and kidnapped Mel last season. She's the leader of the Black Rose. Vladamir is also a member of the Black Rose and he's a heamomancer, aka Blood Magic.

Katarina (girl with the red hair and knives) isnt into Elise (spider lady), shes like the best assassin in the world and the smile is like "ooo a challenge, this should be fun" kinda thing.

I think the smile from Katarina is because she was there to assassinate someone, and Elise (spider) was trying to stop her, and Katarina kills her target, so it’s like a smile of, I’ve won. Also, check out Attack on Titan. I promise, you’ll like it on the same level of arcane, potentially more.

The weapon that you asked about between the fight with Darius and Trundle is made of True Ice, which freljord beings are pretty much the only beings that can touch it from what I know, at least among less than spiritual level beings anyway. (also, freljord beings aren't just trolls, there's regular humans and other beings as well). Also, there's a lot of league of legends stuff to look at if you want to know more things like Tales of runeterra, the worlds music videos are cool (hype videos for LoL worlds tournaments), there's a few music videos like warriors, the call, awaken, still here. Anything from Necrit the youtube creator is pretty cool because he does a TON of lore videos for league of legends. If you want to delve into other cool universe game trailers the Star Wars the Ole Republic game trailers even over a decade later are FANTASTIC, starcraft 2 trailers are done very well, all the latter world of warcraft cinematics are also BEAUTIFULLY done, Diablo 3 and 4 trailers as well as the Diablo book of lorath lore videos are greatly done as well. Just to see if you want to possibly get addicted to more stuff in the future.

id also recommend "Annie: origins" and "The curse of the sad mummy" those are probably the league videos that are the most disgestible without context and they are amazing. something to note aswell is that riot dont copyright strike their videos so you can upload full reactions to yt

I try my best, I think you'd love watching them all honestly. Makes you fall in love with more universes and makes you wonder about them all.

The figure at the end of Arcane Season 2 was entirely pitch black with white fingertips. Great subliminal recall there! Most people are assuming that shade was the same character at the end of this teaser, the mage LeBlanc.

Another good set of game trailers that have good ministories is the ones for the original overwatch and overwatch 2 game trailer. All of those are good too

Just to add on to what other people said, the club Trundle(big troll dude) was made of True Ice which only people considered "Iceborn" can wield them. Generally anyone who isn't Iceborn dies when touching true ice so Darius holding touching it for as long as he did is kinda crazy. If you want to learn more about Iceborn and generally, lore about Freljord you can look into a Lissandra's lore since she is why Iceborn beings exist.
