The current state of 2077 is definitely worth playing. If you were going to play it I'd recommend watching Edgerunners as well.

The Witcher Games and Cyberpunk 2077 are made by the same game studio. Ciri, the main character in the Witcher 4 trailer might have even traveled to the world of Cyberpunk 2077, she can open portals to other dimensions. There's a line in the Witcher 3 I think where she mentions a world where "people had metal in their heads, they used megascope like devices to wage war from a distance and everyone had a personal flying ships" Which sounds a lot like the world of cyberpunk. A fun little easter egg in the game.

Fiddlesticks lore wise is one of the strongest beings in the universe of league because he's actually not the scarewcrow, he's a demon in a cage that the scarecrow i believe wears around his neck or something. He devoured other primordial demons to become effectively the strongest one.

I just checked. The Rule 34 (porn) League Subreddit has over 500k members. So yeah. There seems to be a bit of that.

League of Legends is a multiplayer pvp game, it’s nothing like the cinematics. The lore and cinematics go really deep, but unfortunately have nothing to do with the actual game. Riot is planning on making an MMORPG, so hopefully when that comes out in 20 years we’ll get to see stuff that’s more akin to the cinematics.
