A little update:

the stupid quip feature

schedule and poll for our next tv show

requesting feedback regarding a slightly new set up for the $10 tier that would then allow us to introduce a second tv show

I also think I could be so wrong about what I said for the $10 tier two movies being in the same week. So what would happen is the last week of every month which is when I upload the dealer's choice movie is when we would have an off week for the show :)

I also forgot to mention that since we have mods now helping out with the polls, my goal is to run both tier's polls earlier in the month so that I can film earlier :) $10 tier's movie submissions for this month will probably open up later this week!

I honestly don't really think you need to add more work for yourself. As you stated, you have a full "real" job on top of two content-creation jobs, on top of family and friends. I think the changes you mentioned are good ones, but I don't think you need to add more work for yourself. As you also mentioned, you have rather limited time. I don't see a need to take more of it. We're not going anywhere. 🙂

Also does that mean, that the Trailer tuesday will get longer? If you alternate between games and movies. The backlog is alreafdy massive^^

Maybe do a short TV show kind of like you did with shogun and a long TV show like you would do with game of thrones. It makes it add a little more zest. Gets through the monotony of one or the other at times.

sounds completely fair to me, the only thing would be that I have no idea what the quip feature is but I've been around here long enough to just lowkey trust Gina (shocking reveal).

If you're able to fit it in and it not be a chore, you still enjoy it etc then that's what matters most to me. I would rather have less content that you enjoy making over more that burns you out. But your plan seems good to me!

I think Game of Thrones is the holy grail of reaction content. It’s so iconic and it defined the last decade. That being said it is 73 hour long episodes. If it gets an episode a week, that would be dedicating a year and a half to it. (Unless you get addicted and watch 2 at a time) I would watch every episode but I also know a lot of people have other things they want you to react to like Andor, Legends of Vox Machina, Invincible, etc. which are also amazing. So I am definitely in favour of two shows at once or fast tracking the main show.

yeah it's a LONG show and I don't want it to completely take over the patreon. Especially if we stick with doing a lot of franchises for the movies, I want us to be able to have some variety and so I think the only way to avoid that would be two shows at once and then we can actually enjoy game of thrones as well!
