The Winery Martikovs (Patreon)

EDIT April 4, 2025 - You can now download individual images of each of the Martikov family members in hires, lores, and transparent .png (except for Yolanda, who doesn't want to leave her mother). Enjoy!

The Martikovs of the “Wizard of Wines” winery are a family of Barovians that figure prominently, if briefly, in the module, and sadly have no official art. This is my take on the large, secretive family of vintners that make their home and whose estate seems to be the one place in all of Barovia that seems to produce anything of quality, even if it is only wine. You won't get much more that that out of me mainly to avoid spoilers.

One detail: I do enjoy Dragnacarta's idea that Dag is someone whose complexion is a little different from the rest. In my head, it's because he hails from Krezk, whose settlers were from a different part of the kingdom that the valley once belonged to.

Hope you enjoy!
