EN - The advantage of shooting on the surface of a lake is simple — you just take the paddleboard and move wherever you need. The only real risk is that the model might fall into the water. 🙂

The result is that instead of getting that soft golden haze from backlight, you can create a completely different atmosphere. You simply turn the model so the sun is behind you and shoot with the sunlight hitting her directly.

Even though these shots feel a bit more “raw” to me — direct light is slightly harsher — it definitely has its own charm. I always make sure to capture both versions: shooting against the light and shooting with the sun at my back.

CZ - Výhoda focení na hladině jezera je, že vezmete paddleboard a prostě s ním popojedete. Jediné riziko je, že vám z něj modelka spadne do vody. 🙂

Výsledkem je, že místo žlutého slunečného oparu z protisvětla můžete získat úplně jinou atmosféru fotek. Stačí modelku natočit tak, že máte slunce v zádech a fotíte po slunci.

I když jsou tyhle fotky za mě trochu „natvrdo“ — přímé světlo je o něco tvrdší — má to svoje kouzlo. Vždy si fotím snímky v obou variantách: proti světlu i po světle, respektive proti slunci i se sluncem v zádech.
