AJA - apartment I. / apartmán I. (Patreon)

EN - It’s been almost exactly 6 years since I last shot with AJA—and it was actually our third shoot together. A lot has changed since then. I’ve improved my shooting and editing skills, and the model herself looks a bit different today as well. That said, age is never the key factor. What really matters is who’s looking and from what perspective—and as photographers who see beauty everywhere, we’re pretty good at that.

For this shoot, we rented an apartment in the old part of Prague. Even though the photos of the place looked great, the reality was quite different. It was on the ground floor, rather dark, and on top of that, there was no sunlight at all that day. It was raining outside, so the brightest spot in the apartment turned out to be the bedroom with the bed.

So… bed shots it is.

CZ - Je to skoro přesně 6 let, co jsme s AJA fotili naposledy — a vlastně to bylo naše společné třetí focení. Za tu dobu se toho hodně změnilo. Já jsem snad posunul techniku focení i úpravy a modelka dnes vypadá také trochu jinak. I tak ale věk není nikdy to hlavní. Vždy záleží na tom, kdo se dívá a z jakého úhlu pohledu — a na to jsme my fotografové, kteří vidíme krásu všude, experti.

Na toto focení jsme měli pronajatý apartmán ve staré části Prahy. I když fotky apartmánu vypadaly dobře, realita byla úplně jiná. Byl přízemní, tmavý a navíc ten den vůbec nesvítilo slunce. Venku pršelo, takže nejprosvětlenější částí apartmánu byla ložnice s postelí.

Takže… postelovky.
