I use SONY A7III R who make a RAW - 85 MB and the internal buffer is for a 30 photos, but my card San Disk SDXC EXTREME PRO 256 GB 170/95 MB/s  UH I is stil soo slow after the 2-3 minutes continual shooting (LOW SPEED) you must wait.

I bought NEW CARD LEXAR PROFESIONAL SDXC 256GB 150MB/s UHS - II to be in game..

Second new part of my equipment is SSD DISK SANDISK EXTREME PORTABLE 1TB - which i have at home with great speed and i love it.  Extremly Small, Narrow and sooo speed - the best solution for a 10 days holiday full of photoshooting.
