EN - A little more technical window today. It's been a few weeks back when I responded to a question from a beginning photographer who asked the SONYGANG CZSK group what we say about his photos with the model and what should he improve on? His photos looked like they were horizontal and about 80% was occupied by nature and only 20% was left for the whole figure of the model. I recommended my colleagues not to be afraid of cropping so that the model becomes a central motif and that I would even crop it vertically, which would completely turn the ratio in favor of the model. Another photographer argued that by trimming, he would lose the surroundings that were really important to him. So I added a photo to you today - the first one is cropped horizontally and there really is quite a lot of windows, but I also added a portrait crop, when you partially lose the surroundings, but it's still clear that the color of the sun and sunset plays for the atmosphere of the photo the most crucial role. Horizontally, the surroundings could be even more there when cutting 3/2, but I use the cut for INSTAGRAM and the 5/4. For me, don't be afraid of cuts or even details - which is the case with the last photo. Just think about whether you are photographing, nature or a model, or how many% of the photo the object you are photographing should have. My recommendation to experiment is because these are just photos. And the question at the end - horizontally or vertically at the first photo - your personal preferences?

CZ - Dneska trochu techničtější okénko. Je to pár týdnů zpátky kdy jsem reagoval na dotaz jednoho začínajícího fotografa, který se ptal ve skupině SONYGANG CZSK co říkáme na jeho fotky s modelkou a v čem se má zlepšit? Jeho fotky vypadaly tak že byly naležato a cca 80% zabírala příroda a jen 20% zbylo pro celou postavu modelky. Kolegovi jsem doporučil ať se nebojí ořezu, aby se modelka stala ustředním motivem a že já bych dokonce ořez udělal na výšku čímž by se poměr úplně otočil ve prospěch modelky. Jiný fotograf argumentoval tím, že ořezem ale ztratí to okolí, které je pro něj opravdu důležité. Tak jsem Vám dnes přidal fotku - ta první je z ořezen na ležato a opravdu toho okolí je tam poměrně dost, ale přidal jsem Vám i ořez na výšku, kdy o okolí částečně přijdete ale pořád je jasné že barevnost slunce a západu hraje pro atmosferu fotky tu nejzásadnější roli. Naležato by tam toho prostředí mohlo být ještě více při ořezu 3/2, ale já používám ořez pro INSTAGRAM a ten 5/4. Za mně nebojte se ořezů, a dokonce ani detailů - což je případ té poslední fotky. Jen si prostě rozmyslete zdali fotíte, přírodu nebo modelku popř kolik % z fotky má mít Vámi fotografovaný objekt. Moje doporučení experimentujte vždyt jde jen o fotky. No a otázka na konec - naležato nebo na výšku u první fotky - vaše osobné preference?
