You think you could also make an option for wider hips? (That was a joke)

Dr.Cgad

Wait you actually liked the idea?

I liked (that was a joke) part XD I will not opt to resize megapacks of armor again for at least 6 month lol (That not includes bugfixed, I bugfix things) For me, resizing armor is like setting up the mod order for players - not exactly the fun part of modding. The enjoyable, creative part is making the body itself (which is why the body selector is fun for me, as long as it maintains the same silhouette) Armor resizing, on the other hand, is time-consuming, tedious work with no artistic satisfaction whatsoever. Just pure math: Clawstep contain 1300+ visual resources (we are not count vfx, root templates, npc etc here, just purely this part) Let’s imagine I remake 1 mesh in 10 minutes (including all import/export, resizing, mesh fixes, resetting all settings, and cloth physics). That’s 216.67 hours, or 27 full 8-hour workdays with no room for error. And honestly, 10 minutes per mesh is unrealistically fast in this case. I was remaking around 30 meshes per day, but I was also bug-fixing them afterward, so I can’t give a precise estimate for a single mesh. Some robes have broken meshes and physics, some armors don’t exist for Dragonborn at all, and some parts take very different amounts of time to work with.

AkELkA Can I ask you when the body scars mod will be released? (Non a specific date) In general what stage of the work are you at? Only out of curiosity because the modding world is something I'm not familar with and this mod is very cool for a disfigurated Durge personalization as the lore intended. And another question: About all the hard work and process about resizing all the meshes and etc. It's valid even when changing the size of the default dragonborn's vanilla body right? Because it's a shane that there isn't a body to make male dragonborn more thin and slender. However your work is very appreciated and it's of high level so I wish you good luck for your projects and everything.

About Body Selector I’m currently bugfixing Clawstep’s armor. This mod led to some changes in Clawstep, Glow Ink, and Lost Shipment, so I need to make sure I didn’t mess something up before release. I’d say about 1.5 weeks, maybe? Could be a bit longer or faster, cause I'm working on 2nd costumizatrion mod in collab about tattoo and scars + hatchlings at same time About the Thin Body Any shape change to the body means remaking all armor that touches the affected area. “Thin” affects the full body, so that means remaking all armor. The Clawstep mod contains 1,340 visual resources for 1,136 meshes — and I’m still adding more (for two body types). So imagine that a thinner version would require remaking about half of that (around 568 - okay, maybe 68 of those are boots, so we can exclude them). In short - I won’t be doing that again anytime soon I tried to visualise what I'm doing exactly, but I suspect it will confuse people even more XD https://i.ibb.co/7N83MGB8/project-links.png

About The Body Selector/Scars and Tatoo Projects absolutely don't worry at all, take all the time you need and don't go in burnout, work at your projects as you prefer and take your time, it honors you the fact that you're trying to do every fix possible to make everything perfect before any kind of release, my question was only out of curiosity. About the thin body I read the other comment you wrote here and I can only imagine the hard and long work you would need to make it happen so no problem, meaby the only thing I can ask you is to take it in mind if you want when you will feel fresh and rested? Ty for the answer and the concept map of your projects, as always good luck for everything. 👍
