PATCH - Glow Ink - Body Tattoo for Clawstep

Adds Clawstep GlowInk also to Hair tab additional to Beard tab (Default tab of Glow Ink)

Attention!

DO NOT use 2 Glow Inks from different tabs at once on the same character or you’ll get a blinking bug.Made so you can CHOOSE the tab if using other mods with Glow Ink, not to layer or stack them.Glow Ink shader hates overlapping or even being near another decal with a similar shader, so no, a 2nd decal with a different size will not fix that problem. That has been tested.This is exactly the reason why, in the default mod and Fleshforge, Glow Ink exists in one tab only.FleshForge does not move this one anywhere, so u could use Glow Ink, FleshForge and Horns from other modsPS I will not push this one to consoles, as I deem it too destructive and confusing for the average player
