Geats Flash Belt WIP 7/15 (Patreon)

I've got the background and helmet animations added from Legendary Legend. To access the driver go to Zillion and then go forward. Obviously most sounds aren't there yet, but henshin and power down work. Need to get the screen to not display all the time. The boxes that are a part of the screen design will be added when the driver is released. Don't want to spend a lot of time on em to just redo em.
