Ryuki Flash Belt WIP 11/12 (Patreon)

Got all the blank stuff done. Added pages to the decks so you can select from the regular decks, blank decks, or survive decks. All riders use the ridevisor if they're blank. They also only have access to the general cards. Using contract on a blank rider will make the deck/visor regular for that rider. So it basically autoselects the rider's regular monster.

Also added a gold flash and sound to Odin when all 3 Survive cards are in the visor.
