Zeztz Flash Belt WIP 3/31 (Patreon)

I'm experiencing some lovely issues in Flash where clip are getting emptied out. I'm working to import the clips from my backup files that are a little older, but good news is the drivers themselves are fine codewise. This time it's the capsems getting knocked out. Before, you may have noticed the white outline on the logo or the white flash on the main screen disappearing. That's tied to this issue.

The vector for Dawn has been finished, and as I get the capsems re-added I'll get to coding Dawn.
