Amazons Flash Belt Update 10/4 (Patreon)

Screenshot some reviews to help with the backplate where the piece goes up and down. I'll have to recolor, obviously, but for the most part the vector is done.

Still need to do the vials though, but after such a long time I'm glad this guy is getting done.
