Double Flash Belt WIP 9/18 (Patreon)

Hey Double fans! I didn't forget y'all!

I've been working on the bicker shield. I'll need to do the details on the black edges in the middle between the green and white, but I wanted to get it all duplicated out first so I could see the whole shield.

Once those details are done I'll have to recolor and code.
