General Flash Belt WIP 12/10 (Patreon)

Hooooboyy. I did a whole bunch of housekeeping the past couple days. Been cutting down on the backlog of sounds I had on my desktop. So I compare them to the ones I have already, relevel them, resave, and then delete the other files. Been a big task but got quite a few better sounds now. Fourze's switches and Wizard's rings got some better sfx. The sounds haven't been put into the flashes yet, but they're ready.
