OOO Flash Belt WIP 2/7 (Patreon)

Finished up the vector for the birth x unit. Happy with how the overlay worked out. Usually when a vector is made and it has to interact with preexisting items there's a lot of adjustments that need to be made to have everything fit correctly. This time it just popped right on and looks right.
