What happened to your band is actually more than that. It was a song originally by Son of Dork (James’ first solo project after busted) but it never got released. So the talks of people asking what happened is more “wait why did you guys break up?” Both for SoD and Busted. Riding on my bike is weird as hell but also hard not to vibe with. Sensitive Guy samples “girl all the bad guys want” by bowling for soup AND “Stacey’s mum” by fountains of wayne

You should check out Ticket Outta Loserville by Son Of Dork, the group that James was in after Busted. It totally has that 2005 pop punk vibe. It's a bit dated now, but in a nostalgic retro way that you can't help sing along to ❤️

Loved that reaction :) You definitely should check out the Busted discography. BUT if you go down that rabbit hole then you then need to go down the rabbit hole of their solo work/other projects! There is: Matts solo album, absolute belter and in my opinion better than and Busted album. James created a band called Son of Dork and their album Welcome to Loserville is a good listen Charlie after he left Busted to be in a band called Fightstar which is quite a bit heavier than Busted. Their song Paint Your Target is an amazing song! Also: In addition to this you mentioned about doing the full McFly discography. It be cool if you was able to do the album called The Greatest Bits: B-Sides & Rarities. I know it's available on Apple Music, but not sure about Spotify. There was also the Memory Lane Greatest Hits Album where the Deluxe version included included many unreleased demos/songs. Cherry Cola and Sunny Side of the Street are particular good ones! Sorry for the essay, went on longer than planned haha.

You missed out tracks 13-15 on the Deluxe edition. Gone is my favourite track but all hit harder when they are live.

Yea it was James singing beautiful girls 👍🏻😁

Forgot how much I like this album. Gone is hands down one of my fav songs. You're totally right about Riding on my bike though, it can get in the bin. Thanks for the reaction. Please do the Busted albums too once you've done the rest of McFly. I can't wait until you do The Lost Songs

Henry Sawyer

if they made this album as an ep and left out a few songs it would be a much better listen ... if your enjoying the funny lyrics JUST YOU WAIT until you hear BUSTED album one and two. very iconic lines and a great listen

Anna

You should check out the McBusted documentary with Fearne Cotton

This has made me realise 23:59 is on the deluxe version, was excited for you to react to it 😂 love the McFly content as always ❤️

I’d love you to do the Busted discography but I feel like that’s a much bigger journey. Because I think you’d need to do Busted albums 1 and 2, then Son Of Dork (James’ new band) only album, then Matt’s solo album, then at least Fightstar’s debut album, then at least one of Charlie’s solo albums before getting to Busted’s 3rd and 4th album then by the time you’re done probably album 5 😂 Just so it can properly hit home about the musical journey they went on but also the amount of time between the two.

Danny

Be good for you to watch their live show with these songs. It's called the most excellent adventure tour. Riding on my bike is better live. Also danny on the tour sings more which always makes it better.

Danny

James doesn't sound like that live unfortunately. Danny doesn't sing much probably as he would overpower everyone with that god voice. He does sing tons on the live show the most excellent adventure tour.

Still in my playlists. Matt’s song ‘From Myself Baby’ was my favourite song for a hell of a long time

I had James on my podcast a couple years ago and we did a segment where I got him to rate all his albums (Busted, Son of Dork, solo and McBusted) and he ranked this at the bottom. He just said about how it went from being just a super fun time touring and playing songs etc to now having 6 people trying to make an album with 4-5 songwriters and it became a case of too many cooks in the kitchen etc Matt also said on a podcast I listened to that he regrets them doing the album because it turned it from a group of mates having fun on stage and touring to suddenly being a proper official band with a record deal that had to work on and make an album etc

Is Homecoming from Beyoncé still coming? 🙏🏻

I'm just catching up and I am just realizing my favorite McBusted song is only on the Deluxe album
