Although I do not have any coding or modelling skills, I volunteer as tribute for anything my skill-less ass could help with including proof-reading and bug hunting 😂. I agree with what everyone else has said haha. It sounds amazing! We absolutely need more LGBT games like this. Nothing against visual novels (I absolutely love yours) but more involved and/or variety of genres would be great to see unfold! I am also talentless at art/making games, but if there is anyway I could help, I would happily do so! Take all the money and make your dreams a reality! 😘

This sounds really great. I am happy to see you have put a good amount of thought into this, but it is a huge undertaking. I have worked as a software engineer for years and been part of huge projects, but building a game is not something to take on lightly. You're going to need a good strong, but small team to achieve this on a decent Kickstarter budget. You're going to need a demo to get buy in from people outside your Patreon supporters. You're going to want to build a plan on what you want to include in the game, main quest, skill tree, Side quests, inventory system, music, sound effects, Achievements etc. Then you have to figure out how much time those things take to implement and the cost. I am not saying any of this to discourage this idea, I do support it and will happily contribute. I just want to make sure you're fully aware of what you want to undertake. My suggest is to do something small first like a demo that showcases a small part of the game and price out the cost of that and get support from your followers to make your demo. Good games aren't cheap to build and take a lot of time and money. Maybe turn one of the small VN you've done into the demo. Maybe the TY and Noah game night VN.

Thank you for the comment and advice! We’re very acutely aware of the time, cost and additional support we’ll need to make this a reality. First step was to see if the interest was there, and then the second step is look into creating a demo that we can launch a kickstarter with :) We’re gonna need to rally some troops to get a demo together, but it’s gonna be a fun and hopefully rewarding experience ☺️

It would appear to me that no new updates on Hollow have appeared since the issue of parts 1 & 2 in January 2024, and that other projects have been promoted, that Hollow is no longer a priority for Apollo Studios, so I have to abandon my interest in Hollow. The original project developed an interesting relationship between Nix and Gave, but the parts 1 & 2 focused more on Nix's roommate. I have found few, if any updates on this project.

As Hollow is a free to play project, work on it is gradual, rather than the main focus of Apollo Studios. It’s very much still in production, and as New Hope received it’s free to play update not long ago, Hollow is next in line and production is underway.
