Hi all! We finally made it! V0.3 is here and I'm so excited for you to play. Remember, you can't use old saves from previous versions, you'll have to select new game! Usually, I'd offer a checkpoint for you to jump to, but due to the 4K remaster of all the images, I'd rather people get to really appreciate the glow up!Please let me know what you think in the comments below! Your feedback really helps to improve the content, and it also does wonders for my creative ego! Definitely work harder and faster if I know people are loving the content <3 !As always, thanks for your support! I know the wait on this update has been a long one... but hopefully all the remastered images and the new content is worth the wait! V0.4 is already well under production, and I don't expect a huge wait for it's release ;)Changelog; 

Updated environments - Hope Kitchen/Lounge, Nurse's Office.

Updated outfits -(Chapter 1) Jeremy, (Chapter 2) Ethan, Eyal.

4K remaster - Over 1200 individual images.

Chapter 2 Part 1 - 7 new scenes.

Hey Blayke, might I request that an icon file is included in future updates, please? I use one I made here - https://icoconvert.com/ - featuring the game logo, but it's an imperfect source image for the purpose

Dammit, Blayke!! I swear you have a talent for blue-balling me just when the story gets really intense! LOL I actually screamed in frustration when the "To Be Continued" frame popped up. Seriously, though, the 4K graphics are working marvels - I noticed it immediately. Even the opening dialog is a thousand times better - it actually looks like rain, and the animation of the drops sliding down the windshield is fantastic. As for the characters, the improvement in skin tones and detail is incredible - it's actually easy to believe they're teenagers now. Especially with Justin - the flat 2D rendering in the earlier version made him somehow look like a 12 year old, not a senior in high school... not sure how to explain that perception. Texture in general is majorly improved, but especially in the depth of field, and the costuming. Jeremy's sweater is one thing, but where it's really noticeable is in Rachel's dress. The thing has movement now, it doesn't look like an applique like it did in the earlier release. I was completely taken up in the new story, and it's making me anxious for this new plot line to play out. The idea of tying in the Wild Hunt is intriguing, to say the least. The only thing I'd say needs polish is the writing - not the content, as that's thoroughly engaging. It's the grammar. I've said the same thing to Aaryn on the Straight!? story line. I know you two aren't from the US, and there are dialectical differences between Brit/Aussie English and American English - I honestly don't think either side of The Pond speaks "English" anymore :D - but for someone as literary as me, there's a handful of "hiccups" that jar me. I hate sounding like a high school English teacher, and mean no disrespect to either you or Aaryn, but I'd be delighted to do some proofreading for you guys. Offer stands, if you choose to accept, and I CAN NOT WAIT for both stories to continue. I'm delighted in more ways than one with this update! Bravo, Blayke!

Thanks for playing mate! Glad you took the time to appreciate the image quality upgrade! It was a big task to get them all done 😊 I’m excited to utilise The Wild Hunt for sure! Got some really big plans and I’m excited to start unveiling them. The grammar is weird one, cus I did have everything proofed for this update. I’m British, but Aaryn is a full blown American :) Basically, I’m intermingling US/British grammar intentionally. It’s a stylistic choice I’m taking in order to make this town of Springcreek feel a little more removed from modern America. It’s an isolated town, in the middle of a valley, with no real ties or influence on the outside world. So I really wanted to have various ways of showing that, including the uncanny valley esc way of intermingling grammar :) Hopefully that clears up my intentions a bit more :)

Hey :) Without an error code I can't do much, but those seem to be choice based crashes. I can only assume you've loaded an old save from a previous version. Due to nature of episodic releases, old saves across different versions will crash the game. You need to start a new game with each update and skip ahead to the point you were at. Usually I'd offer checkpoints for players to jump to once selecting new game, but due to the 4K upgrade I left them out so everyone could play through and see the upgraded content :) Hope that helps!

Wahoo! Wahoo! Wahoo! 🤩🤩🤩. Love it and looking forward the next episode to be ready. At first, when you did post about the improved pictures, I didn't understand the purpose. Actually, playing the whole game again, it made full sense. It was a pleasure to go through the whole story again, improved pictures got me inside even further. The quality of the picture 🤩👍👏, the chemistry between the characters, the plots (romance 🥰, Spidey 🤔, the wild hunt 😱), all the ingredients are there to make it share or even overtake Straight!? first place in my heart. I don't know who to ship for cause I love all the characters, they are all interesting. Romance is growing so nicely (discussion and rehearsals with Ethan, getting closer with Theo). It's getting tensed and I hope it will go further before I can not hold it anymore 😇. Great job and very proud to support you. 💖👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏

Thank you so much for the kind words! I was kinda paranoid that people were gonna be like "Yeah pictures look nicer but what's the point." Really wanted every player, old and new, to be able to start from the beginning with the same quality throughout. Didn't wanna turn away potential new players with janky pics haha! Really happy I could win you over with the visual upgrade, and that it enhanced your experience! Wait time between updates will now be significantly less for sure, so thanks for you patience and support! <3
