Based on characters reappearing, are all these different timelines or there's reformation in this universe? The way the catgirl ate Fumico and reflected on it it makes it sound like it happens alot so I assume reformation somewhere?

I think 'reformation' is the right word here or maybe 'respawn' sounds a lot better (not sure if they have the same meaning). If you keep following, this story is actually still related with "New Friend" Where Fumiko and Miu first time met, and no 'different timeline' is involved here.

I like the idea of reforming but how do their breasts shrink back to normal that's where having different timelines works but I enjoy them all either way so I don't mind.

Well... In their world, 'vore' is only a temporary solution for them to gain bigger chests or thighs (or both), their size will back to normal eventually after some time without eating another prey, at least that's how my imagination works all this time (This might be a weird imagination, but it is what it is :v). I know that I've never shown nor explained it in the story directly because I always confused how to keep the story going without adding another 'vore' until their chests back to normal. Since someone asks about this, I'm explaining it here. + 'Vore' is uncommon in their world. Therefore, some of characters that appear in weekly stories (mostly side character) would be surprised by that.
