I’m not going to say too much about your Shinso theory, but if I had to guess, All Might had the power for probably around 30 or so years- Endeavor became number 2 I think when he was in his early 20s(or maybe at 20), and All Might was already number 1 at that point, and given Endeavor’s son Natsuo is in college, and his daughter Fuyumi is at least a few years older than him, he’s at least in his mid-forties, and All Might probably a few years older than that (he had to have inherited the quirk around the same age Midoriya did, as he also attended UA and was quirkless before receiving it), and Gran Torino was close with Shimura, the one who had One for All before All Might, and her grandson is now the leader of the League of Villains- we can’t be sure how long each of the successors before that had the quirk, but even with just All Might and Shimura, we’re going back at least 35-40 years I would guess- my guess about Shinso is that his quirk taps in to whatever part of Midoriya’s mind “holds” the vestiges, but perhaps there’s more to it, I hadn’t really considered a familial link as a possibility, but anything could be possible in this show lol

Your assessment of Bakugo’s change is fair, but I would say that even given being “watched,” I’d say he’s at least a little different than how he was at the sports festival, because there he didn’t seem to care about being watched and even in the team event kept jumping away from his cavalry team without warning lol- and him telling his team here to help him when he’s in trouble is a huge difference from the Bakugo that always smacked Midoriya’s hand away because he thought he was supposed to be strong enough to never need help- him helping them could be because of being watched, but I would argue that for the “old” Bakugo, being watched would be precisely why he would refuse help, to prove he didn’t need it- granted, these teammates aren’t Midoriya- he did have Sero/tape guy on his cavalry team at the sports festival, and he was essentially working “under” Jiro/earphone jack girl as part of the band at the recent school festival- so there’s probably some rapport built up with these guys from those events at least

It's interesting to see these relationships grow in the background. It's like how you see Robin and Nami shopping and having lunch together but you never see scenes of the two them talking or bonding on the ship. It's happening, we just don't see it. Same here, there are cliques within the class, some are more overt than others

Also, I believe the green razor blade guy from class B is supposed to look like a praying mantis, not a bird- I believe his name is Jack Mantis. And, I don’t think we’re expected to remember all of the class B names on first watch, but maybe just get an overview of all of their quirks- some will probably stand out and stick in your mind- like mushroom girl, beast guy, and lizard girl- and perhaps a handful of others.

Another point to add about Bakugo- from the reactions of class B, he’s built up a reputation of not being a team player- they based their entire plan (or most of it) assuming he would go rogue, isolate himself, and not help his teammates at all- sure, he was still talking like an asshole, but his actions were what was different than anyone expected from him- and since the B team wouldn’t or couldn’t adjust, they were shut down really fast- also, I loved how proud not only All Might, but also Midoriya, Kirishima/Red Riot, and Kaminari/electric guy seemed to be of Bakugo, even getting to brag on him to Monoma lol
