Ariel

Some of my favorite things from the Christmas episode- first, everything with Eri is always great, her being mixed up with the holidays was sweet, though tragic that she never got to celebrate or even know about them before now- and Mina/acid girl trying and eventually succeeding in getting Bakugo to wear the Santa hat and coat, I guess she was so determined even he had to give up lol

Ariel

I think I mentioned a while back that part of what I like concerning Bakugo is how other people react to him- like I love how Shoto/Icyhot never seems to have any reaction whatsoever- I have a few possible theories/headcanons- one is that given that he grew up with Endeavor, Bakugo feels normal or at least a version of normal to him lol- the other theory is that he’s trolling him- either intentionally (a la Hawks) because he knows that no reaction might just make Bakugo angrier/worse, or unintentionally- because he has been shown to be kind of clueless in some ways- like in the mock interview with Mount Lady- “do you have a heart condition?” and “if I smile they’ll die?!?” lmao- I think in the last set of episodes Bakugo said to himself watching Icyhot with Midoriya “how can someone be sharp and dull at the same time?” lol

Ariel

And you might have realized later in the episode or in editing, but Sir Nighteye’s agency didn’t close, it’s being headed by Centipeder, who was previously one of his sidekicks (we saw Midoriya approaching him about work study, but he and Bubble Girl said they didn’t have time to take anyone on)

Ariel

One last thing to point out- Hawks showed up to see Best Jeanist after a conversation with Dabi where he was told he needed to prove his loyalty and make it someone other than the number one hero this time- and yes, Jeanist was missing after that
