I'm from Hawaii, so I was taught that in Hawaiian culture, mana is essentially spiritual energy that forms both in people and locations. It's something you can gain or lose depending on your actions. I know that other Polynesian cultures have their own variations but that's the one I know. Also mana has been widely used as a term in gaming for a long time and is probably where most anime gets it from

Speaking of harem, Fate/Stay Night was originally an erotic visual novel because that’s what sold copies back then in Japan. I don’t think Nasu wanted it like that, but was obligated to make more money so the sex scenes do feel pretty disjointed and out of place. They were replaced in all future versions going forward. Just know that whenever there’s a mana transfer, it was originally a sex scene lmao

Uh, so I don’t know where you’re getting the 12 episode thing from but this series is 25 episodes long. I would totally be down to sponsor it if it becomes in issue lol

Hmmm, the site I downloaded them from had episodes 0-12, with episodes 0, 1, and 12 being twice as long. Maybe they have the rest listed as a second season? I'll look into it.
