Flander Genetics

Like if slice of life was the objective, why are we not going to the kitchens and the cobblers and tailors of this world? DnD universe allows for almost any sector or industry to be represented in a fantastical way. Why are we doing battles and training and community politics? Like i dont get it - they made Frieren's journey come off as an epic at times, when in reality its much more just a diary journal of experiences like did she ever face any real threat before? Or has everything always been piss easy for her?
