While I don’t agree with King doubting Meliodas, I do understand why he would feel that way- the sins have been together for a long time, and he’s just now finding out/figuring out that Meliodas is of the Demon race- the same race responsible for destroying the Fairy King Forest (almost twice), the death of his sister, and the mind control/manipulation of Hendrickson who brought back his dead best friend multiple times to have to kill again and again. I could see him thinking that Meliodas knows a lot more than he ever lets on, and since he won’t come out and be straightforward about his goals, that’s enough of a reason to be suspicious (even if those goals end up being “good” ones). He could well believe right now that Meliodas is just pretending to be on their side and could potentially switch up to side with his “acquaintances” in the Ten Commandments

Speaking of the Ten Commandments- I was waiting until these episodes to tell you, Meliodas and Zeldris (the short one in red, I think you said he looks like Goku lol) have the same VA- they are brothers- Estarossa (the guy who transformed that bird into a monster then destroyed it) has also been revealed to be their brother

Ariel

I’ll also now tell you that Liz and Wandle (the bird) in Meliodas flash back trial had the same VAs as Elizabeth and Hawk (maybe another reason you said he reminded you of Hawk, in addition to being all about food lol). You didn’t comment on it during the reaction, but I’m sure you saw in editing- Zaneri did say that Elizabeth must be the reincarnation of Liz.
