I would say that I think I liked the original Fate/Stay Night visual novel just a little more, but out of the anime adaptations Fate/Zero is definitely my favorite one

Jonah

The plot thread with the priest Kirei and Gilgamesh is setup for the original series. Kirei is also the main antagonist of Heaven's Feel, they just really fucked it up and cut most of it in the anime adaptation. It's also why they're able to explain why 2 archers exist at the same time because Gilgamesh is given physical form. Technically it's an alternate timeline story but they're like 99% similar so most people consider them one continuous timeline

Jonah

I'm really glad you enjoyed this series so much! I'm obsessed with Fate and everything in the wider multiverse of Nasu's creations, so it's always fun being able to have other people experience it

Jonah

Originally I was going to have you react to Fate/Strange Fake (a what if there was a holy grail war in America series) after this because I assumed at least season 1 would be out right now, but the release schedule is currently ONE EPISODE PER YEAR. Episode 2 is planning to come out sometime next month, and at this pace it’ll only take until 2035 for season 1 to finish
