One more point to make on this episode- Gross (the Marley officer that we all hate) was kind of fourth wall calling us out as the audience being entertained by a show where we frequently watch people getting eaten by titans- he talks about finding it “interesting” to watch Eldians like Grisha’s sister die to which pretty much everyone’s reaction is “that’s disgusting,” yet moments later most of us (myself included if I’m not lying) are (hypocritically?) cheering as we see him get eaten by a titan lol
