Notes:

1) This poll will help me figure out a Youtube show to do as well as the AoT replacement, so vote for as many as you're excited for.

2) One Piece isn't on here because I'm doing it as a side hustle as time permits. This is also true for a few others like Cowboy Beebop. (The short ones will be easy to mix in at some point)

3) I saw several different versions of Dragon Ball Z suggested so voting for that is just for the franchise, we can narrow down arcs or versions or whatever if it wins.

I'm curious, why did you pick this anime for the poll and not others?

Alice Flagg

I just came to check out the poll and see which anime is winning and I didn't realize that it's only been 5 days and there's already 34 votes with Vinland Saga in the lead so for with 7 votes and followed by 2 other shows: Yu Yu Haukusho and Samurai Fhamploo with 6 votes each. When do you think you'll announce the winner of the new anime poll and when will you be reacting to it? You won't be done with Attack on Titan for another 12-14 weeks and that's assuming that Part 3 won't air during or shortly afterwards, so you could theoretically just push off the announcement for as long as possible and wait for more votes to accumulate. And if Vinland Saga ends up being the new anime, then I have to warn you that the show can be dark, depressing, and incredibly sad at points. You may need to simultaneously watch a more upbeat show like One Piece as a palette cleanser.

I won't decide for a while since there is so long until I have to, but I can tell you that it will be one of the shorties (There's another near the top of the votes with 26 eps like Vinland) so that I can pivot sooner to AoT when it comes back. I'm not going to want to wait too long to start watching the final part of the series.
