Well, I meant that this building is already in the game and it's not new content. I do not know what they did, maybe the studio is inside the building then there is a reason to make a location with a mansion. I wanted to make it a long time ago, but immediately asked questions like "is there an interior" and I realized that people are more interested in the inside of the house than all of its surroundings with a swimming pool.

Definitely nice interiors. If you do alternatives with the walls and floors, and have a non-furniture version, like the apartments, that'll add to its lifespan too.
