This looks a little like Maceo from Six Weeks in Winter! But like you said it’s an original creation!

Andrew Mellein

KT where can I read book 2 of Six Weeks in Winter? I know it was taken off Amazon ( Not finished) but it’s also not on Ream, where you have works like Cayman Proxy and Obsessed (also not on Amazon) posted. I kinda love that series and even though not done would love to read book 2. Thanks!

Oh heck! Sorry—I didn't remember that it wasn't fully uploaded to Ream. I will do that today. Do you like the interface on Ream? It's a little finnicky, but they keep improving. And they also allow for the darker, more controversial stories like Natalie, Cayman, and Reza. I can't even post those on Patreon (apparently).

Andrew Mellein

Thanks KT, Yes I like Ream. Like how you have all your stories together even the so called controversial ones! Six Weeks in Winter is the only one of your stories MIA! It’s a personal favorite of mine ❤️ Like the younger man/ older house/ hot wife cheating aspect! Can’t wait till you pick that one up again👏

I’m stumped, what’s the basis for sites blocking Natalie?

Andrew Mellein

I’m still shocked that Reza was banned from Amazon! I read way worse erotic stories (on Amazon) where the wife was forcefully put through train gangbangs. That make Reza light in comparison. Also those stories can’t be on Paetreon… wow! Are society which bans books, hates love scenes in tv and movies, are truly the new Puritans !

Glaucon

I believe the Reza situation is for sexual extortion, but I'm still puzzled about Natalie - I'm assuming it's her verbal protests?

Andrew Mellein

What was Cayman? Sexual Blackmail as well?

ktmorrison

When I wrote my earlier books I wasn't entirely aware of what was ban-nable. So I didn't see Kate's blackmail as a problem or Natalie's protests as a problem or Charlie's coercion as a problem. It wasn't until I worked with a publisher that I found out how Amazon deals with books like that (they just close your account and don't respond to your email protests). The publisher has an editor who goes through the MS with a fine tooth comb with an analysis like a lawyer, laying out which actions have to come in order and... a bunch of crazy stuff, ha ha, too much to explain right now, but it's amusing. Reza was the only book that got blocked by Amazon. Once that happened I removed the others myself for safety. I love Amazon too much to jeopardize my relationship with them. The way books get found out is through the use of bots, or readers who report their objections. Plenty of books get through just fine and never face judgment, but if they did, the author's whole account would be in jeopardy.

I can't wait to finish that one too. It has the feel of a real novel.

Andrew Mellein

Yes it feels like a proper novel with erotica mixed in! Book one of Six Weeks of Winter was first book I read from you and the first that got me hooked on your writing. Then I read “Learning Lessons” and I was shaken in good ( don’t think I can ever read that whole book again but the ending is a masterpiece!)and bad ways. Feel like you could do a series of books about this subject of a woman (Janey)who is aging but still attractive, her working class husband who lost his mojo, this studly Italian college student Maceo and maybe thrown her college age daughter for all kinds of sexual shenanigans! I am desperately looking for book 2 but it seems to be erased from existence🤣🤣

Glaucon

Too bad for the limitations, thank you for sharing the behind the scenes.
