I feel vindicated!!! I KNEW you guys would dig this film. The story, the VISUALS......the animation truly IS art of the highest order! I'm SO glad you guess enjoyed it. I've seen articles where they compared visual landscapes IN the film to their real life counterparts and it is extraordinary how accurately they portrayed REAL locations. I think I might have mentioned the american series RWBY to ya'all, but I'm not certain. It's american-made but it is anime style. There are 9 seasons at the moment, excellent story, really great characters, NO Mary Ray Sues, sometimes the good guys lose, sometimes they get injured, even die. What's great about it as well is that you can access the entire season as a single long film, so you can either do it episodically OR do it as a film proper. Lauren you had asked me to comment on the editing, and I liked it personally. I also would like to say that I fall into the subs NOT dubs camp. Anime is LESS of a problem in that respect, but I personally like to hear the actual VOICE of the person, even if it is just the voice. That's part of the experience OF a movie. I don't have problems reading subtitles. Just my two cents. Looking forward to what comes next, you guys!

Ah wow we didn't realize they were based off actual locations, how spectacular! We were highly impressed by the visuals of this and can't wait to do more anime as we go along! Thanks for the feedback about the editing, it's so tricky to know subs vs dubs but I think we both agree that hearing the real voice and emotions is so important and you get used to the subtitles quickly! Can understand not everyone feels this way but it's nice to watch it as it was created
