so the droids that attack the outpost that the rookies are holding down are called commando droids. They are analogous to Rangers and Green Berets. They are more capable, relatively intelligent by droid standards and they pack quite a wallop. The flip-side though is that they are very expensive, roughly 10 times the price of the standard issue B1 droids (the tan dumb ones that the CIS had bajillions of), nearly 6 times the price of a super battle droid, and basically on par cost-wise with droidekas and magna guards. The knob thing that R2 knocked off himself was a restraining bolt. I don't know if ya'all remember in ANH, but the audience sees the jawas fitting him with one when he is captured, and then R2 convinced Luke to take it off him with the promise of replaying Leia's entire message. Apparently, when it comes to restraining bolts, there is more than one way to skin the proverbial cat! I will say that one of the SMALL things that annoys me is that whenever Anakin and Ashoka jump from altitude, they NEVER have googles. You look at someone doing a HALO/HAHO style jump? THEY HAVE GOGGLES! So they can see stuff WHILE they are free falling..... the very much american guy who voices the clones is named Dee Bradley Baker. He has voiced the clones in the clones wars, the bad batch AND star wars rebels. (He's actually done a LOT of voice over work for animated films and shows.....) I think ya'all will find that the story gets better and less un-even as time goes on.

General Grievous is a Kaleesh specie, he used to be all flesh and his robotic legs are almost identical as his flesh ones. He himself wanted to be the best warrior in his tribe he decided that by modifying himself with robotic parts they would enhanced his abilities and an obvious advantage in battle. He crafted his arm limbs with electro-motors so when activated his two arms turn into four thrashing limbs, he added 6 fingers with opposable thumbs, something the Kaleesh specie don't have they only have 4 fingers on each hand. I know some types of episodes do make you feel questioning of what's happening, but you two are good troopers by still reacting. Also I'm sure you guys heard by others that this saga will reward you at the end.

such a font of knowledge haha, thank you for this! Always good to get the info blanks filled in! Yeah we have been told a few times that the first 2 seasons are maybe the weakest of the clone wars and then it just gets stronger and stronger? Not sure if you'd agree but we are still fully enjoying it! But it does make us even more excited for the future ones too!

Now i want to see and learn more about him! Does his back story get talked about in the show any more or not really? Actually... maybe you shouldnt tell us that either.. hmmm dillemma! haha, but we are excited to watch and learn more and more!

always happy to utilize one of my genuine talents to spread mildly interesting information to my friends here, there and everywhere.... I would agree with that assessment on the the first two seasons, in my opinion, the actual TONE of the series gets more and more serious as Order 66 closes in. Ahsoka's arc is, in my ever so humble opinion, truly spectacular. The character growth that the viewer sees in quite a few people is really good. I think you guys well enjoy Ventress' story arc as well when it comes. Have ya'll watched Rebels (or perhaps have it on the list for later?)....? I think that one would be a good and enjoyable use of your viewing time. I don't want to spoil anything but I will tell you that Rebels has 2 lightsaber duels that are some of the finest that I have EVER seen committed to film......

We have not seen rebels nope! Planning to do this, rebels and bad batch! A heck of a lot of Star Wars content will keep appearing for probably a couple of years by the looks of how much there is to get through haha

I won't say more, but question this, why did he joined the Seperatist Group and not the Galactic Republic?
