Maybe a new film will come out where Mary Poppins gets sniped out of the sky by an American soldier.

The American Sniper: Mary Poppins 😂

The genius of Mary Poppins really is it's 1964, so there's no fancy computer CGI. It's hand-drawn and spliced frames with live action too that has to be timed well with the hand drawn stuff and you're just like, "how did they pull this off"

Flix n Feels

So impressive how they pulled off some brilliant cinema with such limited equipment!

C Russ

So do we get a double feature this month? They are both classics!!

Flix n Feels

I think we're going to have too!! Can't believe we've had our first tie ☺️

His Girl Friday would’ve been an amazing choice but Mary Poppins is also great.

Agreed 👍! Friday walks a fine line Satisfying both drama and comedy. I still can’t believe how fast they talk that isn’t just jib jab stupid just to say it. I have seen the movie at least 10 times and still pick up conversations or jokes I didn’t hear the previous watch…. But if you’re a first time watcher be sure to use subtitles bc it’s hard to keep up sometimes especially with the newspaper men playing cards!
