To commemorate the anniversary of 9/11 we are doing a couple of reactions the show the heroism and horror of that day.In this reaction we are looking at an event that neither of us were aware of, that of the largest water based evacuation in history! Which is wild that we didn't know about it!Reactions to events like these are always painful to watch but we hope you enjoy seeing us learn more about the heroism of those involved.Trying to keep a nice rotation of reaction video genres so please feel free to suggest ones you would like to see of just a general topic, doesn't have to be too specific! Let us know what you think!

I’ve been waiting for you guys to react to this specific video ever since I watched your Dunkirk reaction. I was hoping you would one day react to this video well before you even created the new channel! Glad to finally get to watch it with you guys!

It was an incredible series of events, we can't believe we weren't aware of it! Glad we got to watch this and learn!

Absolutely. The way America responded to that day definitely made me proud of my country. People often say that September 12, 2001 was the most patriotic day in American history. Well, in return I appreciate the things that you guys were able to teach me about Dunkirk during that reaction.

Can definitely see what you mean about th 12th, it's nice to see people coming together in their time of need. Truly the best of humanity!

Your video reaction made me think of a couple of songs that were spawned by 9/11 that I've posted links to below, and I hope you will take a few minutes to listen to them and see the lyrics. Not for a reaction video, but simply to hear a couple of tributes to those lost. The first is "Have You Forgotten?" by Daryl Worley who wrote the song in early 2003 after playing for troops stationed in Afghanistan. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z3Svn_p3_zE&list=RDZ3Svn_p3_zE&start_radio=1 The second is "Where Were You (When the World Stopped Turning?)" by Alan Jackson. He wanted to write a song about 9/11 but was having writer's block. Then, about 6 weeks after the attacks, he woke up at 4 in the morning and things began to flow. Several hours later he had the following song: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ORL76axV8ZI&list=RDORL76axV8ZI&start_radio=1

Oh wow thank you for sharing these. We were wondering what or if any music came about from it. We will be sure to listen to these ☺️
