Ep.12 Ch.1: Preview (Patreon)

Hey guys!

I finished the memory experiment scene last week and I’m already about a third of the way through Emma’s next scene in the bathroom. The whole opening part is done, so this week I’ll be focusing mostly on the animations.

Like I mentioned earlier, this scene is much more straightforward and direct than the previous one. There are no simulations, no constant switching between two realities, and no complicated visual effects to keep track of. So even though the animations themselves are noticeably more complex this time, I still expect the whole scene to be finished faster.

Overall, it’s turning out to be a pretty fun and chill scene. There will be around 8 animations in total, plenty of playful interactions between the characters, and I’ll make sure to add some nice jiggly effects throughout the scene. ;-p

And there’s some other good news. SUaD is getting another language very soon!

Thanks to Zalmbaro’s work, the entire game has now been translated into Turkish. There are still a couple of small adjustments left to make, but I expect the Turkish version to be ready this week already. It’s really nice to see the game becoming available to more players, especially when the localization comes together this smoothly.

The next planned translation is French, and I expect it to be released either together with this update or shortly after it.

So, it was a pretty productive week overall. Emma’s final sequence is moving forward, another localization is almost ready, and we’re gradually getting closer to wrapping up Chapter 1.
