based off your suggestions, I've decided I'm definitely going to watch Home Alone and A Christmas Story this holiday season (and I'm so excited to finally see these!!)I've narrowed down the options for my other viewing... so help me decide the 3rd movie that I should watch this year!(side note - I want to see National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation, BUT I want to watch that series in order - so that will have to wait for now!)

Edward Scissorhands

The Dingo

Die Hard! Wait it's not on the list.... um... Lethal Weapon!

I’m not so sure it’s necessary to watch the National Lampoon movies in order. Especially, since the kids are different in every movie. But if that’s the way you want to do it, there’s plenty of time to watch the first Vacation, then European Vacation before you get to Christmas Vacation. I’d put Christmas Vacation ahead of any of these choices.

Scrooged is a close second though.

My sister and I actually have a tradition of watching Scrooged on Christmas Eve.

I was hoping that Edward Scissorhands would win. A Tim Burton film with Johnny Depp and Winona Ryder. I have nostalgia for it. My kids liked it.

I loooove Home Alone 2: Lost in New York (1992)! I love it just as much, if not more than the first movie! I hope you can still watch it at some point, even if it doesn't win! Keeping my fingers crossed that it will end up winning!

For decades the first group were thee ones to watch! Mostly because there were only a few TV Channels and they played them year after year, but are beloved! "A Christmas Carol" (1951) "White Christmas" (1954) "Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer" (1964) "A Charlie Brown Christmas" (1965) "How the Grinch Stole Christmas!" (1966) "The Little Drummer Boy" (1968) "Frosty the Snowman" (1969) "Santa Claus Is Comin' to Town" (1970) "Santa Claus Is Comin' to Town" (1970) "Mickey's Christmas Carol" (1983) "Little Women" (1994) "Crown for Christmas" (2015) "The Christmas Chronicles" (2018) "Christmas Jars" (2019) Her name is Hannah! "The Christmas Chronicles 2" (2020)

I actually watched the second one first. I almost died laughing.
