Idk if you've watched more yet, but a few things. First of all, the girl with the pink hair that Jinx/Powder shot was not Vi, she just looked similar enough to Vi to trigger her ptsd. It's pretty common that people get this mixed up on first watch, I think the show didn't do a great job of conveying that in the episode. Vi has been in prison since Ep 3. Marcus grabs her at the end of the episode and puts her away. That's not exactly explicitly said at any point, you just have to kind of infer it. Lastly, Jinx/Powder's hallucinations and manic episodes are a trauma response, she's not on drugs. She has ptsd from her childhood.

"Who the Hell are you"! This is generally what I'm thinking when I meet someone new... least it was when I was in my teenage years. Full of a lot of unbridled pent up hostility way back when ૮ ˙Ⱉ˙ ა rawr! Yeah 🎬✧˖°🎞️⊱𝓒𝓪𝓶𝓲𝓵𝓵𝓪⊰≽^•˕•^≼ its an adopted father daughter relations between Silco and Jinx, though a very jaded role model who believes hardships of life deem extreme actions may not be the most positive person to look up too. Especially when the person in question, Jinx, psyche isn't stable and in turmoil. However, Silco does believe what he is teaching her is how to survive the only way he's been able to all things considered. Possibly the only one that can understand her pain.
