The Twi’lek on the throne at the very end (just before Boba takes over) is Bib Fortuna, Jabba the Hutt’s right-hand man who took over after Jabba’s death. This episode was also a real highlight of 2020. Most of that year was dominated by COVID-related fear and hopelessness, but seeing a childhood hero return to the rescue—true to the original character, yet elevated in a way that echoed Vader’s presence in Rogue One—brought me some happy tears.

Bib Fortuna was Jabba's majordomo in Return of the Jedi. And as Isaac says, given the general malaise of 2020, seeing Luke in that particular era (just after the core 3 movies) made for lots of happy tears.
