why does my favorite month have to fly by?! noooo!! do any of you dress up for Halloween? I'd love to hear what you're going to be if so!

I plan to go live on YouTube this SATURDAY! on actual HALLOWEEN! probably around 1pm EST. because I don't have my actual Halloween plans totally figured out yet, that could shift but I think 1pm should be safe.

over here in Patreon world, we're fully done with the spooky watches BUT we're continuing on the 3 different journeys we're currently on -

Tuesday - FINALLY more Nolan! with Interstellar ✨

Friday - finishing the Mandalorian with season 3, episodes 7 & 8!

Sunday - Spider-man: Homecoming! I've been so pumped to get to this point in the MCU and to finally get to see the differences between all 3 spider-mans.

for YT edits coming your way, I've been a bit ambitious (maybe too ambitious, so we'll see) and am hoping to get all 4 of these out this week! The Thing later today, The Fifth Element, Zombieland, AND Carrie! woof. it's definitely possible that Carrie will end up appearing in November, but hey a girl can dream!

I also thought I'd start doing graphics for the YT next ups again, because who doesn't love a graphic? I'm just not going to put days of the week on them, as that's what can unfortunately be a little unpredictable at times with the copyright game.

I bought myself a ticket to see You Can See Everything later this week and I'm so completely pumped... have any of you seen it yet? no spoilers of course but I'm so curious why this documentary is supposed to be so unique... I can't wait!

bonus video and a new poll will be coming out this week as well! sending off October with a lot of fun things!

and if you didn't already get in your movie request for the wheel this month, make sure to do so - I'll be filming the bonus video soon!

I haven’t watched You Can See Everything yet, but I’m totally spoiled. I’ve also watched the 4 shows that paved the way for this documentary. It sounds like you’re unfamiliar with Nathan Fielder. If so, you can either go in blind or watch some of his famous clips to get used to his sense of humor, including: Dumb Starbucks: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h0TRpGP8yH4 Hot Dog Stand Part 1: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7a3hteaROMg Hot Dog Stand Part 2: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Jfogv2OxSZI If you’re unfamiliar with Elizabeth Holmes’ horriblenss, New Girl creator Liz Meriwether made an acclaimed Hulu limited series called The Dropout in 2022, starring Amanda Seyfried as Holmes. Seyfried won an Emmy for her performance. Jennifer Lawrence had signed on to play Elizabeth Holmes in a movie. But after watching Seyfried’s performance, she backed out: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W7rlZLw9m10 And speaking of Christopher Nolan, here he is in January 2024 (amid his Oppenheimer awards season) moderating a panel for Nathan Fielder’s fictional show spoofing HGTV shows The Curse (co-starring Emma Stone). It’s funny that both Nolan and Fielder are in the Oscar Best Picture conversation less than 3 years later: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=etoG2I6gaHE

I've seen some clips of his work and watched the first episode of Nathan For You the other day! and yes I watched the dropout at the time and LOVED it, Amanda Seyfried is simply incredible in it 🤣 it also was what actually informed me of the entire Theranos scandal at the time and got me to do more research on it!

I've heard the documentary is like his HBO show The Rehearsal. If you can, I'd urge you to check out The Rehearsal Season 2. It's 6 episodes with an absolutely mind-blowing finale. It's amazing that he was making this documentary while doing what he does in The Rehearsal Season 2. (Season 1 is also good, but inessential to watching Season 2.)

I went to a Halloween party last Saturday; My girlfriend dressed up as a renaissance cheshire cat and I was a poorly done white rabbit. The party though was excellent and I'd say about 95% of the people there dressed up as something.

Great variety lineup this week! Haven’t seen You Can See Everything, but hope you enjoy it!
