LW 60 progress report 11 (Patreon)

cut 04's keys and breakdowns are done, alongside cut 16's animation.

i just said i wouldn't, yet here i am doing it again....it's the same deal as cut 15's animation; gooseturtle being easy to animate with liya and mira being a 3 drawing cycle on 6s.

from here on i'll just focus on getting the keyframes and breakdowns finished, because the cuts will be getting a little more elaborate set-up and action wise.
