I know this is low effort, but the design is more or less how I envisioned Hardcase's suit. It's got a tiny cockpit, and fully mechanical arms and legs. For those of you who were wondering why he thought Hardcase was a dude. This also illustrates the difference (in my mind) between a mech, a mech-suit, and power armor.A mech-suit being a mech but really really small. Arms and legs stuck to a cockpit.

The visual aid and description for the win. 🤣

That would fall on its butt lol

Is Hardcase going to fix that Anti-turtle protocol so it doesn't accidentally automatically launch her into a prawn's mandibles again?

Weeb Dealer

like an uglier version of D.Va's mech

So something like a dock loader would be a mech suit?

Macronomicon

God that’s a hard one, since Ripleys arms don’t go down the dock loader’s arms, they stay in the cockpit, but her less follow the dock loaders legs. Anybody else wanna weigh in on that?

Carl Mason

Not real sure what a dock loader is, presumably something like the units from matrix revolutions? I would consider those closer to mech suits out of the three levels you described.

Jeff Wells

Dock Loader is the futuristic fork lift from Alien, one of the greatest sci-fi horror movies of all time. The top half is a cockpit with joysticks for controlling to fork arms, like you'd expect in modern industrial equipment. The bottom half is articulated legs that the operator's legs are strapped into, which the operator moves by stepping in an awkward, jerky gait.
